These Terms and Conditions (the “Disclaimer”) govern the use of Agape Therapeutic (the “Site”). This Site is an informational and e-commerce website and is owned and operated by Kent Smith.
Effective Date: 06 February 2025
By using this Site, you show that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to agree to always abide by them.
Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on this Site is the property of Agape Therapeutic and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, services, consultations, e-books, videos, blog posts, e-newsletters, e-mails, social media, and anything that contributes to the composition of this Site.
Age Restrictions
The minimum age to use this Site is 18 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 18 years old. For minors, a properly executed written waiver of liability shall be obtained from the parents or legal guardians of any participant under the age of eighteen (18) years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.
Acceptable Use
As a user of this Site, you agree to use this Site legally and to not:
- Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site.
If we believe you are using this Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the rights to limit, suspend or end your access to this Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing this Site.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on this Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about these services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from this Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to change, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Third Party Goods and Services
This Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on this Site. Our current third-party offerings include:

Pricing and Payments
Service pricing details are available on each respective website page. Visit the FAQ’s page on the website for more details.
- The preferred payment method for Canadian clients is e-transfer, PayPal or Stripe for credit cards.
- International clients pay in USD via PayPal or Stripe.
- Cash (In-person sessions only).
When you provide us with your payment information, you allow this use of and access to the payment instruments you have used. By providing us with your payment information, you allow us to charge the determined payment amount to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Scheduling Policies
Session Booking
- Virtual sessions: Available on all scheduled working days
- In-person sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays only
- Initial consultations: Online scheduler
- Vision/Strategy sessions: Scheduled during the intake process
- Follow-up sessions: Scheduled via email or text
Attendance and Cancellation Policies
Paradigm Shift Standard Package
- 48-hour cancellation notice required
- 10-14 hours scheduled within two weeks ideally
- 2-hour extension available ($400 fee)
- Late arrivals deduct from scheduled time
- Missed sessions may affect completion timeline
Paradigm Shift Plus Package (as above plus)
- Weekly support sessions for 3 months
- Missed sessions subject to availability
Energy Medicine and Intuitive Bodywork
- 24-hour cancellation notice required
- Late/missed sessions charged in full
- Late arrivals deduct from scheduled time
- Emergency exceptions considered
Refund Policy
3-Day Cancellation and Refund Policy
We value your commitment to your wellness journey and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your investment in our services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while maintaining the integrity of our service offerings.
Bodywork and Energy Medicine Sessions
For individual sessions and packages:
- Unused single sessions may be cancelled with full refund if requested within 3 days of purchase and before the scheduled appointment time
- For minute packages (300 or 600 minutes), refunds are available within 3 days of purchase only if no sessions have been used
Coaching Services
Our coaching services have the following refund terms:
- Rapid Releases: Refundable within 3 days of purchase if no sessions have been conducted
- Paradigm Shift Standard: Refundable within 3 days of purchase if no sessions have been conducted
- Paradigm Shift Plus: Refundable within 3 days of purchase if no sessions have been conducted. The ongoing weekly check-in calls portion is non-refundable once the initial program has begun
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are not eligible for refund:
- Services that have already been delivered or partially delivered
- Missed appointments or late cancellations
- Requests made after the 3-day period
- Package sessions where any portion has been used
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit your request in writing within the 3-day period
- Include your full name, service purchased, purchase date, and reason for the refund
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
Provincial Consumer Protection Law
This refund policy complies with Canadian consumer protection laws and regulations. The policy is designed to provide fair terms while protecting both the client and practitioner's interests. Your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act remain unaffected.
Links to Other Websites
This Site contains links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service linked to this Site. It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies of these third-party websites before using them.
Limitation of Liability
Agape Therapeutic Health Services and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Agape Therapeutic Health Services and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of this Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
The laws of the Province of British Columbia govern these Terms and Conditions.

We believe this Site provides information in a straightforward and factual manner. You acknowledge you are taking part voluntarily in using this Site and that you are solely and personally responsible for your choices, actions, and results, now and in the future. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of your use, or non-use, of any information provided on or through this Site, and you agree to use your own judgment and due diligence before implementing any idea, suggestion, or recommendation from this Site to your life, family, or business.
No Guarantees
My role is to support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment, and follow-through. I can not predict or guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ from person to person. Results depend upon the unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and many other factors for every individual. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information and/or services you receive through this Site.

I am not, nor am I holding myself out to be a doctor/physician, nurse, physician's assistant, advance practice nurse, or any other medical professional ("Medical Provider"), psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or social worker ("Mental Health Provider"), registered dietitian or licensed nutritionist, or member of the clergy. As a coach, energy medicine, and intuitive bodywork practitioner, I am not providing health care, medical, or nutritional therapy services, or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental or emotional issue, disease, or condition. The information provided in or through this Site does not intend to replace the professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by your own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider.
You agree and acknowledge that I am not providing medical advice, mental health advice, or religious advice. Always seek the advice of your own Medical Provider and/or Mental Health Provider regarding questions you have about your specific health or any medications, herbs, or supplements you are currently taking and before implementing any recommendations or suggestions from services offered through this Site.
