I grew up in chaos—abuse, addiction, and unthinkable trauma shaped my earliest years. By the time I was 11, I had survived horrors no child should face.
Dissociation was my way of getting through the day. I was overflowing with rage, terror, and shame. I didn’t know peace—only survival.
Even after earning my degree, I spiralled into depression, feeling lost and broken. Then came a five-car crash—a violent mirror of my internal wreckage.
But instead of giving up, I chose life.
That choice changed everything.
A simple conversation with someone unexpected—my estranged stepmother—sparked something new: peace.
I followed that peace like a compass. It led me to healing. To God. To my purpose.
Each healing step became a skill.
Massage therapy to release trauma stored in the body, energy medicine to clear inherited patterns, Ortho-Bionomy to reset the nervous system, and trauma-informed coaching to integrate mind and spirit.
Each modality that helped me reclaim my authentic self became part of how I now guide others to do the same.
Today, I have the profound privilege of walking alongside people trapped in chronic pain, crushing fatigue, and suffocating anxiety—all rooted in unresolved trauma.
I can look them in the eye and say with absolute certainty: “I’ve been in that dark place. I know how hopeless it feels. And I’m living proof that healing isn’t just possible—it’s your birthright.”
Because sometimes the very experiences that nearly destroy us become the foundation for the most meaningful work of our lives.
